For 2-4 Year Olds

(with adult caregiver)

Play Time Yoga

Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful animal yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques teach toddlers about their budding bodies. Sprinkled with music, crafts, picture books and other age-appropriate props, we’ll spark the child’s inner yogi while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Your tot will wag their tail in downward facing dog, roar like a lion and grow strong and stable like a warrior.

For 5-9 Year Olds

Calm Kids Yoga

This class will allow your child to develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit. Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling and music engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of our “big kids”. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Calm kids yoga is an opportunity for children to find tranquility and peace in their busy little lives while improving whole body health.

For 10-15 Year Olds

Calm Youth Yoga

Kindling the maturing independence of our children, these classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Alive with traditional hatha yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to find tranquility and peace. Students will learn to release tension from daily activities and busy school schedules while flowing through yoga postures. As well, partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.

For 50+/Office

Adult Chair Yoga

There is no age limit to this class! Almost any pose can be modified to be practiced in a chair. People who cannot get up and down on the floor easily or who are limited in the ability to kneel or sit cross-legged will benefit from this class. This class will allow you to develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques. This is an opportunity to find tranquility and peace in your busy life while improving whole body health.

For Families of
All Ages

Calm Family Yoga

This class is for parents and children of all ages! Family yoga is a wonderful opportunity to bond, learn together and have fun. Classic yoga poses are practiced with fun variations for parents and children. Classes have a variety of songs, activities and partner poses that will fit some ages better than others, but we promise there will be something for everyone, and families will have fun doing it all together. Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age!
